MIGHTY FINE POULTRY – ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN

A FEASIBILITY STUDY, in conjunction with USDA, to determine if a small poultry & beef further processing facility for private growers in State of Michigan was feasible. The facility was designed to handle Turkeys during the Holiday Season & small quantities (1,000 birds per day) of poultry, as well as half carcasses of pork and beef on alternate days. The design also provides a space for retail sales.
